WHY do you call a sausage roll a Kolache?! A Kolache (spelled Kolacke) is a round danish with a sweet fruit (usually prune) in the middle. Please correct your menu so the Czech culture is no longer distorted.

Not bad, but I'm from Houston and the kolaches there are way different with dry saltier bread on the originals this bread is shinny like it was buttered on top like most foreign-owned donut shops. Not the real Shipley's recipe!
