Had my 10 year class reunion here. Nothing special about this place. A big open room. It was a little expensive too.
I just had my wedding reception here. Gerri and the staff did an amazing job! The room was setup beautifully. They made sure there was enough seating for guests and lots of room for dancing. Gerri was great about giving me ideas for what food and drinks to provide for the guests. The food was amazing! It is a beautiful venue. The windows upstairs show off most of downtown Fort Smith. I was really glad there was an elevator for the guests that couldn’t use the stairs! If you need a venue for a party or wedding reception give Gerri a call!!
I had a wedding reception and I would highly advise anyone who is considering an event here to please please please look into other venues as I was highly dissatisfied with the services provided here. I will start with the positives and say that the location is actually really nice. Ok now that that’s done the service is absolutely disgraceful. Prior to my event there were several times that I tried reaching out to the staff so that they could provide me with an invoice. They do not respond to emails, It is very difficult to reach someone by phone, it is like pulling teeth to actually speak to a member of staff. I was finally able to get a copy of my invoice by sheer luck as my wedding planner had one of the ladies cell phone number. I had to leave a very stern voice message to even get a reply. The people here are unprofessional, rude, and unaccommodating to the customer’s needs. Please save yourself a headache and use another location.
We had a great time at a wedding reception tonight. Good food, friendly service, and a beautiful room.
