I ate at the Rib Room on Wednesday 11th of the month October of the year 2000. I don't remember what I ate. I just remember it was good.

Chicken tasted good but was tough. Only butter knives available to try and cut the meat with. Long wait for food to arrive afyer ordering.
Great dry rub on the ribs! Good wait staff! Its always good to find waitstaff that know the local beer and can make good recomendations!
Food and service were excellent. My new favorite place to eat in Ft Smith.
