Honestly, I used to love to go to this place when I was younger but now they are more like salesman. I understand that you have to offer the membership but you don't have to repeatedly ask after a customer has stated No. I no longer go back because of this issue. I go to Books On Main in VB
store policy for return states that as long as you have recipt then you are able to return as long as you are within the 14 days. I needed to return a gift i had got for my husband but they would not let me. They could of easily given me a refund and if it was a big deal that i had written in the to and from section they could of damaged it out to satisfy the customer. Never will i buy again from here.
I am glad we have such a high quality bookstore in Fort Smith. They have a great selection of books, they have an awesome amount of collectibles and toys, and they even have a fairly good selection of vinyl which is a plus for me. They have a coffee store inside as well.
Great place! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Plus if you can't fine it. They order it for you.
