I was in Fort Smith last weekend for a wedding and forgot to bring a few items. When I walked into men's warehouse I was met by Heather. She was extremely helpful. I was in and out quick. Great store and even better employees!!!
We got suits for our wedding here. Not a good experience. First, the sales girl was very pushy trying to get me to add more things to their outfits that I said many times I did not want. She said my wedding pictures wouldn't look nice if we didn't have all the guys buy they same exact brown shoes ($120+) in addition to the suits that were already $140. Our pictures turned out great, by the way, without the same exact shoes. She also tried to get me to get every single person to get a suit from them which I know is their job but she continued saying that my wedding pics would look weird if my dad, grandpa, brother, pastor and groom weren't wearing the same exact thing... They also advertised to me that if I found any suits somewhere cheaper, they did price matching and I could do that. So I called around because I hate to make the guys pay that much to just rent a suit when a lot are still in college and that is a lot to ask of some of the groomsmen. I talked to Beau's and did not tell them that I had already booked with MW but just inquired prices for exactly what I wanted and they offered it for $99. I then went to MW to see if they would price match and the manager, Richard, seemed very annoyed and put off by this saying that the quality at Beaus was much worse than theirs, but they had to honor it. And each time I went in after, he seemed annoyed that I had price matched. Don't advertise it if you don't like it and are going to be rude about it!! The guys suits fit alright except one of the guys. His pants were like capri pants. It was hilarious until the day of the wedding when he got the same exact pants. Somehow they called and had MW deliver different pants that still are obviously too short in the pictures but better than the other pair. Overall, much more annoying than it should have been. Will not be returning.
If you are looking to buy a new suit, do not go here. The salespeople are very pushy and try to make you buy things that you don't really need. I put a suit on layaway and then changed my mind. I went to get my money back and they charged me a fee of $100.00. This place is a rip off. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

We were told we would receive a call about two pairs of pants we had ordered (same brand, only one pair tried on the other ordered and would use the same measurements). We never received said call and had to call ourselves nearly a month later to find out they hadn't hemmed the second pair of pants because it ended up being a different brand. So they ordered us the wrong pair of pants? We ended up refunding the order, but the process was frustrating.
Not just this, but the second pair of pants we ordered were two sizes too big (they had been sized there). They were also very rude when we returned the second pair of pants.
