I set an appointment with doctor Branum, but was met with a VERY rude and disrespectful office
After months waiting to be accepted and them telling me there was openings they denied me reason being no openings?!?! I called every week for 2 months and not once did they tell me until today. I explained to them again my lupus situation. This isnt just arthritis this is life or death for me! This office is full of uncaring unethical beings! Good luck if you chose them!

staff. The lady I tried to discuss insurance information with was extremely rude, she all but harassed me during phone conversations. I don't believe that she actually called my insurance company like she said she did, she talked over me while I was trying to speak to her on the telephone. I informed her at one point that I was sitting in another doctors office and would have to call her back, I finally had to hang up on her to get off the phone. She called me back! They wanted a $100 deposit just to keep an appointment. I had a primary and a secondary insurance and the treatment and appointment would have been 100% covered. Made me very sad, but the office staff was very unprofessional. Some of the women were talking about going out DRINKING while I stood in the office. I had taken insurance cards to them to copy. Very sad.
These people here were rude and unprofessional I would not send no one to them the scheduler was nasty didn't listen I don't want these people to even touch me some people should get the hell out of customer service and this is one doctor that should be shut the hell down I'm sick of people with their racist undertone
