I'm sure dippin dots themselves is a fine establishment but the place located in the central mall is disgusting. They let employees let their friends behind the counter and let them sit on the counter with their barefeet on the top. And, the management sees no issue in this. So, no don't eat there. I'd also like to state that ms taylor ball who left a glowing 5 star review has been harassing me and my sister for bringing attention to the issue of bare feet. Also, she admitted to not living anywhere near this establishment and having made up a story about this place.
I am really blown away with how this location tried to hide that someone off the street was setting on top of their counter without shoes on. Instead of addressing the issue they uploaded more photos to hide the photo of the young lady sitting on top of their ice cream with no shoes on.
I have been watching the entire events unfold since that lady first posted about it. Shamed to say I was excited for dippin dots. Don't go unless you like feet flavored food
This place is always clean and spotless every time I visit. They have a wide variety of ice cream, sundaes, parfaits and drinks
A few months ago I stopped by this location with my kids. I purchased two and ask the lady to split one into 2 cups for my kids. After she split one she looked at both of them and decided that she put too much in the cups so she dumped some back into the ice cream to serve to other people. It was probably only be like a spoonful I could not believe that they would put it back into the ice cream to sell other people and that they cared that much about how much they gave two kids.
I have tried to call several times and no one will answer the phone. i was wondering if they have butt crack flavor ice cream with feet fungus toppings.
Dippin Dots is nasty tasting anyways, probably because they let feet be on their counter.
