Good food. Would give 5 star if they went back to 1/3 pound burger instead of skimping to the 1/4 pound burger.
Products are great Employees can be great or horrible. Always a new face. So, turn overs happens a lot. Grill items 50's drive in flavor
Do not trust night shift at this Braums, a girl named Bree in the drive thru took our card, had to get receipt paper then came back. I check my balance online and she had taken money off of my card. The manager was of no help. If you decide to go here, make sure to bring cash and to count out your change when you get it back!!
Could not have been a manager (or an experienced one) in the store last night. Waited 4-5 minutes at the counter to order french fries(with several people walking by & looking at me), then waited another 8 minutes only to be handed warm (not hot, not even crispy) fries. The vanilla shake had a funky taste to it - after we watched 3 people messing with the shake machine for 10+ minutes that all seemed totally clueless). Even waiting 12-13 minutes for warm-ish fries, we still had to wait to get the shakes we ordered at the same time. Poor training, poor customer interaction, and poor food quality.
I love going here and getting icecream. I always get a double dip cone and so does my husband. They always seem to have a wide variety of ice cream flavoes. The employees are alwats super nice abd take the order as quick and accurately as possible. Hardly hasaany wait time at all.
I'll stick to buying milk & other stuff from the market side - that's initially why we went there anyway. There milk IS THE BEST and usually cheaper than grocery store milk...
