It was horrible. I didn't get what I wanted all I got was a tiny trim when I asked for 3-4 inches off and layers

Susan is wonderful and funny. She does exactly what I ask and it always looks great. I used to pay $40 at my old place in Fort Smith and now I play only $13 for a cut that looks just as good.
