I ordered a headlamp with plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. I sent an email asking if the headlamp had shipped. Nope. Nick said it was on back order but was going out the following week. No one had bothered to tell me this when I ordered it, they just held my money. The next time I checked, Nick blamed the shipping companies, but didn't tell me when it was going to ship. The next week, 4 days before Christmas, I sent an email asking if it had shipped, but this time I didn't get a response. So, a young boy who loves to hunt will not have a present under the tree. Merry Christmas from StingRay Industries! Maybe we can get it to him as a Valentines present?
Nick at Stingray Industries has great products and customer service. I have used multiple LED companies but I am swapping everything to Stingray for my truck and boat. To me he makes some of the best LEDs.
