I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero. Staff at the front desk was nice and professional. That was the only good thing about the place.
Mr Robs lost a shirt I dropped off there. They didn't Mark any items on our tear-off portion that they give you as a receipt. I have called several times and never got any help. I was even hung up on by a lady at the downtown location when I asked for the owner. I finally talked to the owner over a month later and he told me he would make it right. I then never heard back from him. Don't take your clothes here. If they lose your stuff they won't do anything about it.
