All in all, we were pleased with the work. The two men worked very quickly, and even took apart our bed and table. Thanks to them, this was our best moving experience ever. His hourly rate was more competitive than most moving companies in the Fort Smith area. We would use them again.
Jose and his helper recently packed our twenty-six foot moving truck on our move from Van Buren to Texas. From the very beginning, he was prompt and courteous when returning phone calls and getting directions to our house. We were pleased at how he wrapped all of our furniture in pads and plastic. Both men accommodated us when we asked that certain items be packed last. Our only issue was that we asked that a few special items be packed in a particular manner--such as an old baker's rack that could not hold heavy items--and they repeatedly put heavy items on it. It is now broken. Fortunately, it can be fixed.
