Our realtor was Craig Price. We leased with him for three months. He showed our house twice plus an open house. He is very hard to work with, he pushed for us to accept a low offer on our property, then told me we'd be kicking ourselves for not taking the low offer. With some of his advice, he seems to be representing the buyer, not us(the seller). The two offers we received were from other realtors from other real estate companies showing our house, not him.
