The managers and employees are very knowledgeable helpful in finding the type and size and ordering the foot apparel needed with also with special buys for the customers.
I got a good deal on these sneakers for my grandsons and I always love buying the two packs of socks and getting one for free there.

Some places in the store were organized. Some were an absolute mess. One thing that was constant was the employee attitude. I said hello to every single one that passsed(I encountered 4 of them). They all gave me a look like "oh God don't ask me anything". Only one of them said hello back. They were more concerned with getting around me than seeing if I needed help. They all seemed to go to hide after rudely passing me. I saw a couple on their phones while I exited. I'd love to help keep brick and mortar stores alive. But with good customer service at an all time low here why even bother.
