Will never buy another product from this place. They don't stand behind anything. Buyer beware!

This review is based on multiple interactions with this store. First, when we bought our house, it came with an above ground pool and all of the equipment. The automatic vacuum that was with the pool would not stay at the bottom of the pool because it was missing a piece. We took a picture of it and went to this store to ask about the missing piece and we were very rudely told "that's a knockoff, we don't have anything for it." No further assistance was offered. This was in Summer 2015. I decided to give them another chance this year because we needed out liner replaced. I went in and was shown the prices for a new liner and labor to install it. When I got around to purchasing a new liner from them a couple of months later, the installer came by and to look at the pool to see what all he would need and proceeded to show me his costing sheet, which showed labor $150 more than what I was told at the shop. I go to look at the pictures I had of the prices Brenda gave me and see that it the page was dated April 2013. No mention was made that the prices had increased since then. The only positive part of my experience with this store is that the installer was great. If I could have purchased a liner online and just contacted him to install it, I would have just so I could avoid this store. Will not be giving them another chance.
