We took our Escalade here a few weeks ago to fix a rattling noise that we kept hearing. They called and said some other things needed to be fixed first. My husband told them to go ahead, as we just wanted it all up to snuff before our upcoming trip to Dallas. When we picked it up, it cost us $804.00. Ok, no problem. Just wanted it fixed. We're not mechanical people but the noise was gone and everything seemed to be fine on the way to Dallas. Unfortunately, sometime during the trip, the noise came back. So, when we got home we took it back, in hopes of getting the problem fixed this time. Left it on 7/17 and on 7/19 we called them and they said we could pick it up by 2:30. As we pulled in to pick it up, they were leaving in it. My husband went in and they said it's still not ready, but they would take it to him at work. At 5:00 my husband still hadn't heard anything from them, so he got a ride and went back over there. They said it was ready, but still making the noise and they don't know what the noise is. The guy said that it was driving much better now. We never complained about how it was driving! It was driving just fine! It feels exactly the same. There were no problems with it, except the rattling. Oh, and the charge this time was $1256....$600 for labor!! And, they didn't fix the actual problem that we took it for!! Meanwhile, I'm still driving around with three little ones, wondering what this annoying rattling noise is. After spending over $2000 you would think they would have at least fixed the one thing we asked them to fix or told us, quite honestly, that they had no idea so we could've gone somewhere else and not been out all the money they charged us! I am very upset and will never do business with this place again. And you can bet I'll be telling all my friends and family about this place. They made a lot of money off us and who knows if the things they changed really even needed changing. None of this would've been a problem if they had just been honest in the beginning.
Not so great....used to be a wonderful place when it was Galloway. Every time I go in, they find an issue with my car, and the next time it isn't even mentioned. Bought tires there so I get free rotation, but my next set of tires will be purchased elsewhere. Some of my friends have had similar experiences. Buh Bye, Arrowhead!
Must not need the business...called prior to actually going in needed to top off tires with nitrogen as my tires had 32-34 psi and required 35 psi told that to top it off NO charge. Went in and the guy who answers the phone (blond, attitude, dressed for office work) stated that it was going to be $6.50 a tire. Not here for a free handout but don't say one thing then say another and act as tho' you don't care if customer states they will go somewhere else. Good Luck with the business!!! Best customer service is ORR CHEVROLET!
