Straight forward people but you may have to follow up yourself due to their volume of customers.
Our rear brakes went out shortly before our arrival in Fort Smith Sunday evening. Greg's Too fit us in even though they were short staffed the next day and got us back on the road to continue our trip home.. Greg's Too was AAA recommended, and we found them to be friendly, helpful, and very reasonable.
I had my brakes replaced here about 3 years ago, a little overpriced but convenient location to where I lived. No issues with the brake job. Then in the summer of 2016, the a/c went out on my car. Took it to this place, they got it in pretty quick and it was repaired quick. Within a month it went out again. I called them and took it in as it was still under warranty. They claimed the new part they used had a manufacturing defect and they repaired it for free... now it is less than one year later and the BRAND NEW a/c just went out again. I can't trust this place anymore. If I spend $700 on something, it should at least last a few years. Use them at your own risk.
I brought my vehicle in to get it looked at and they charged me a ludacris $90 diagnostic fee. After they did that they told me that they would apply the diagnostic fee to my total purchase. However once i had the money to go ahead they conveniently forgot about that and said that "we would never do anything like that." These guys are loan sharks and i would avoid them at all costs
