This place is the absolute WORST!! My car was not properly repaired and he refuses to fix the mistakes he has had 2 opportunities to repair. If there was an option for zero stars, this guy would get it! Very arrogant as well so if you're a lady who doesn't know much about cars, be prepared to be talked to like you're a dumb ass.
No stars is what our experience at this so-called business deserves. I called Floyd Traylor Honda to request an appointment for body work. I was told that as the body work was beneath the car it would need to be done elsewhere-they recommended Steve Marts Collision. I called them and was told to bring the car, a 2006 Honda Civic, to them so that it could be seen. This was on a Friday week before last. I was told by the manager or owner ( he never gave his name) that "yes we do these kinds of repairs all the time and we carry the part. He told me this after coming out and looking at the problem in the wheel well. You can bring it in and it'll take 20 minutes and cost a little over $100". I was told to call back the following week and they should be able to get to it by the end of the week. I called Wednesday and was told they could not get to the car that week as they were busy and the guys didn't like to work after lunch on Friday. I was told to return on Monday at 9:00. My husband took the car to them on Monday at 9:00 (from our home in Alma) and was told that "your wife didn't have an appointment. She was told to come in and leave it and we'd get to it when we could". This is NOT true, and it's really bad business implying a potential client is a liar. Also he said he never looked at the car previously. When I talked to whom I'll presume is Steve, I was not told I would need to bring the car and leave it. Had that been the case, we would have had to drive both our vehicles to Ft. Smith, which I would have to arrange for. He told my husband "maybe you need to take the care somewhere else". Yep, indeed we will! Called Traylor Honda also and reported our bad experience.
This place hates veterans & is non-patriotic
Make sure you get what you pay for. Did good work but slight misunderstanding on what we where having done.
They fixed my car about 9 months ago and they did an amazing job. Thank you for your amazing job on my car.
