Very well maintained, best self serve car wash in Fort Smith by far.
Missing quite a few features that most car washes have. When I went, they did not have working vending machines for the cleaning supplies, the vacuums were a bit weak, and the trash cans were almost entirely covered making it hard to throw away trash. It works as a car wash, but it was not pleasant.
The automatic car wash ($12) started to put soap on my Expedition and then just stopped working completely. So I called Ralph and he promised to send me a refund. This was around the first of May 2017. Well, I still haven't received the refund and Ralph has stopped responding to any messages and blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page.
I have spent all day trying to contact the owner and the phone is always busy even late at night. I paid for a 10.00 wash and it didn't do anything. I thought I might've hit the wrong button because the voice is hard to understand so I went through again spending another 10.00. This time it went halfway through the wash and shut off leaving soap all over my car. I had to dig out enough quarters to rinse the soap off my car. I will be checking into the better business bureau tomorrow about this.
I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else.

I'd like to give an update. They contacted me and reimbursed the $21 I was out and ran my car through the Carwash. I am glad they resolved the issue and made it right.
