The 3 Girls THAT Were Working On Saturday SEPTEMBER 2, We're awful. Worst bunch I ever dealt with. One girl had black athletic shorts and dirty blonde hair, had cottage cheese or cellulite on the back of her legs. The other was short black hair and glasses, dark skinned. I saw them turn down four different people's clothes t hat they bought in. What's worse I watched them and they didn't even sort through them, they dumped them on counter and then put them back in bag. I seen them do that to at least four people that day. I bring clothes in all the time and never have a problem, my things were clean no stains, and way less than a year old. Lazy and rude. Then they handed me that stupid flyer that has clothes on it, as if that somehow justifies their rude and lazy behavior. I described at least two of them so if you go in there, you know to ask someone different. Oh the third one was fine but the acne faced cellulite girl and the short dark skinned girl with glasses I don't ever want to sort mt stuff again
From my very own personal experience, this should not be considered a consignment shop. Its very hard to get them to buy clothes from you, and new ones at that. The clothing selection they have is just okay but way overpriced for what it is. The staff is moderately rude and I don't like going here at all. I can find cheaper prices and better experience elsewhere. Another thing is the location of this place people generally forget about it being over there way in the back of the mall parking lot. Of course, the savers is much better and there's also designer again to get my business. I'm sorry but this place sucks.
Great place to find gently used or new trendy items. I have gotten a lot of great stuff from this place.
Awesome store! They pay cash for your gently used clothes and have great deals on current styles. Friendly staff and huge selection of girls trendy clothes and guys too. They also have shoes and other accessories.
I took some clothes by (really nice name brand clothes) on Friday around 7 pm. Two young ladies were working. I'm not convinced that they took the time to go through the clothes because I had a text that my order was complete within 10 minutes of leaving. The reasoning for not accepting any clothes (3 full bags worth) was because "we don't accept children's clothes and there were holes, and not accepting short sleeve shirts". There weren't any children's clothes in my bags, nor clothes with holes. My main reason for this is to make you aware that I do not believe the girls actually took the time to go through them. I was very disappointed in the service and do not plan to try to sell or buy from platos ever again.
