I love the store and the selection they have. Unfortunately, the employees are useless. They have more employees working than they need. They are always at the front socializing. No one is helping or monitoring the dressing rooms. After spending over an hour there shopping for my daughter not one employee asked if they could help me. When I did ask for help finding something that would go with a shirt the girl did not help me find something in their store. She seemed just fine with me spending money somewhere else on something I could just as easily find in their store. Usually when I ask for help like this at other boutiques the girls will pull a few options out. She wouldn't budge from the front of the store where her 3-4 other friends/coworkers were. They were more interested in visiting with each other than helping me spend my money in their store. I have gotten better customer service from Forever 21 and Walmart than this store. Great clothes, great selection, sorry service.

Two of my girlfriends and I went into Trinkets today for the first - and last - time. We had the worst shopping experience due to the fact that none of the girls acknowledged us, no one helped us get fitting rooms, no one helped us find sizes, some employees were wearing yoga pants and tank tops (who wants fashion advice from a slob?), and the girls would blatantly ignore us when we asked for help. These girls are so rude, know absolutely nothing about customer service, and should honestly be replaced. All three of us girls were ready to spend big bucks, but since the service was so terrible, we did NOT want to support Trinkets. We also all have multiple years of experience managing boutiques; so to see how poorly this store was being run was appalling. DO NOT SHOP AT TRINKETS!!!
Today my mom posted on Trinkets page. Every time she posts it, 2 seconds later, they remove it. They don't want the bad news getting out. She posted: NEVER shop here! EVER! The girls who work there are evil. My daughter used to work for Trinkets and was treated badly by the manager, Lauren. When I went into the store today my daughter and I were accused of stealing a necklace by two young girls who work there. I explained to them that I just had spent a ton of money at their story and I had no reason to steal. When I had left the store, I continued on my shopping trip and when I walked past their store to go back to my car the manager was outside looking for us, grabbed me and asked me to come inside and started accusing me of stealing once again. I told her again that I did not steal anything, but my daughter insisted on going inside to show them where the necklace was that she had tried on. When she realized we really hadn't stollen anything, the manager never apologized or anything, just kept on going on with her day after having accused us and harassed us. She then told me to never go back to her store again. This manager needs to loser her job immediately. So rude!!
