Doctor was extremely rude. Acted as if he had no time to answer my questions and rushed me through my eye exam. He only wanted to whisk me over to buy glasses. I took my prescription to Sams Club who had a better selection and was very patient and helpful.
The wait time is horrendous in the mornings. Try getting an appointment for after lunch. I notice they don't have a wide variety for men on frames, (brought my husband here to get glasses the other day). The staff are usually friendly.
I requested my prescription because I have found cheaper places to get my contacts and they sent me a prescription for glasses. Even though they know I only wear contacts leading me through a delay and unnecessary hassle. Long story short, get all of your prescription information upfront to avoid any run around later.
