Sometimes there is a long wait, but she is one of the main OB's in this office. If she wasn't good, her office wouldn't be busy. I would be more worried about an OB DR that was on time every time, then one who was late. If I ask her a question she tells me, or I ask her nurse. My concerns are met with reassurances and plan of actions. This is my third pregnancy and Dr Householder is my favorite by far. Her NP is probably one of the best nurses I have ever encountered as well.

Yes, I get that there’s a holiday this week (Thanksgiving), but it’s at least a 1.5 hour wait every.single.time. I go in for a routine check up. Once or twice? I get it, sure but - but every appointment? That is just poor management.

My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance to be at 2:30 today. I get myself and my almost 2 year old to arrive on time. STILL have to wait TWO HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES to see the doctor. When I finally get to see her? She rushes, brushes off my concerns, and literally only gives me TWO MINUTES of her precious time, then leaves the room. I’m 31 weeks and she hasn’t told me once if baby is head down yet (her nurse practitioner did two weeks ago, finally), won’t tell me what I’m measuring or how much baby weighs..won’t even tell me baby’s heart rate. She’s too busy for that! Every appointment, after 2 hours of waiting, that’s all I get? I would have been shocked, but this happens every time. So here we are at 4:50 (when you told us to be here at 2:30), my toddler and I are both hungry and tired I’m still waiting to get my progesterone shot (I’m high risk and in my 3rd trimester). Literally anybody could give me the shot, heck I’ll give it to myself JUST GET ME OUT OF HERE.

She is a great Dr. !! She is compassionate towards your situation and she really listens to you. She has taken great care of me, very well the times that I saw her as well as my daughter as she young lady. She as well continued to see her as she got older and has had her own baby. My daughter has talked really well of her especially during her pregnancy and labor. Dr. Householder was there for her when she needed her regardless of what it was for. Thank you,
