Had Burton build my 19X43 ft. in ground over 30 years ago. The memories and good time had around that pool are priceless. They serviced and helped us.
My experience with Burton Pools has not been good at all. My pool was installed over a month ago and the job still isn't completed. Parts of the pool were taped on because the crew broke them. Instead of being honest with me they decided to tape the pieces. When I brought my issues to the manager he acted like I was a liar or just stupid. I feel very insulted. When you spend over $11,000 on a product and service you should be satisfied. The only good thing they have is Moses who has bent over backwards to solve the problems. Day 1 the pump was broken. Again the installers didn't even mention it to me. Last night the pump broke again! If they're selling quality products I should not have this many issues. If Jason was a decent manager he would have called me and given me updates on when the new parts would be in and see how the service has been. Mr. Burton you are getting a bad review from me. I will never recommend anyone to Burton's.
We always enjoy excellent service from Burton! They built our pool in 2002 and we still love it. This month, Jimmie helped us pick out Patio Tones deck coating. Brian did an excellent job, and now the deck looks brand new and is cooler to walk on. We highly recommend Burton!
This is my second pool to have built by Burton and they do not disappoint. From start to finish the experience was great! Micah was our salesperson and he was tireless in helping us to choose the right pool, spa, and materials and to design our pool/backyard. He was available whenever we had more questions to make sure we had it just the way we wanted it, and his knowledge was invaluable. Thank you Micah! Josh, our builder, was amazing and took great pride in doing an incredible job from start to finish. I cannot say enough about him or his crew! We could not be happier! Everything about his workmanship is why we will enjoy our pool for years to come. Our Stonemason (Rashidi) Created nothing less than a piece of art in our backyard. And Jay was always a phone call away if we needed anything, working to make sure the process was running smoothly, willing to field questions and needs. Although there were a few hiccups in the process, Burton was quick to make it right every step of the way, always making sure that we, the customer, were happy and taken care of. They go above and beyond....Always!
We came to Burton Pools and Spas after having a negative experience with Luther Stem. I reached out to them for help and they went above and beyond to get us taken care of. After having waited 5 weeks on an above ground pool with Luther, I called Jody at Burton to see what they could do for us. They not only offered us a better pool than we had been waiting on, but they worked hard to have it delivered with a week. I was hoping to have the pool up and running for family to enjoy on the Labor Day weekend, but was sure this was a long shot given the experience I had with Luther. I was so glad I was wrong! The pool delivered on Tuesday and the install was completed on Thursday! They kept us updated with excellent customer service, making sure we were aware every step of the way. Compared to the 5 weeks still waiting with Luther, we had our pool up and running within 9 business days of signing the contract. Jody was amazing to work with and he jumped right in to help us out. Everyone I contacted at Burton was professional and polite! They made it easy to do business with them, taking an extremely bad situation and giving us a happy ending! I would highly recommend Jody and Burton for all your pool needs!! :)
