They'll put as much minimum effort as possible into a job.
I just got a call from one of their employees (after 8pm!) trying to sell me windows. When I asked how he got my number he said he was dialing random numbers. Not cool. I’d pay more to not do business with a company who’s cold calling random people at 8pm.
