This place is not the same since it got new owners :(
This place has gotten HORRIBLE! I used to love coming here all the time. They did a wonderful job and always had good attitudes. But after the owner sold it, it's changed. This past month I've been there at least once a week since it only takes a week for the nails to come off now. This last time that I went the woman had a horrible attitude to make it worse, I paid $20 for someone to paint my nails and it took her 40 minutes, plus she got it everywhere! And since she got the gel paint all over my fingers, her solution was to just start clipping all of the skin away that the gel polish was on, giving me several hangnails. Another girl had to come over and fix my nails several times and showed the woman what she was doing wrong. Sadly, even though everyone else saw how bad of a job she was doing they let her continue. So in all, this used to be one of the best salons in fort smith, now you should only come here if you want to pay way too much for your nails to look like a kid painted them.
I'm very disappointed...I went here based on the high google ratings/reviews but quickly realized it was a mistake. I came in looking for a simple palm tree silhouette design on one of my fingers and toes on each hand and foot. I got the youngest employee there, a sweet girl named V, who was clearly inexperienced. She rushed through my pedi, and didn't offer me shellac until she got to my manicure which I thought was strange, but the worst part of all is that the simple black silohette of a palm tree I was looking for looked more like a pine tree or something! I can't even describe it, but it wasn't even close, lol. I was trying to be supportive of her because she actually did nail the design on ONE finger. But she didn't try to fix the others or anything...They wound up looking more like Halloween nails if you ask me. I wish I could upload pictures! But what makes me even more upset is that here I am the next day and the polish on six of my nails has already COMPLETELY COME OFF! I paid $40 for all this (not incuding my daughters nails). And today my nails are completely bare...I wont be coming back. Im still searching for my perferred nail spot in Ft. Smith...I miss Da Vincis in Hot Springs! Excellent quality and service...I am forewarning anyone new in town like myself to not come here, its a rip! Plus the place is filthy with a mess of cords and feet dryers all over the middle of the floor, the girl doing my nails actually tripped over the cords while I was there...
I have been going there for 17 yrs then Jenny and John took a break I went in as a walk in as they did not answer the phone . Lam did my nails took one off and I was missing one I was not happy as three of my nails were crooked and I was charged for the two nails if that was Jenn it would of been regular price. Not a happy camper will be looking else where
Fantastic service!!! Very accommodating, staff was very friendly and polite. I will definitely be returning!
