OMG the appliance center is a joke. It is very poorly managed. Delivery appointments mean nothing. They will lie without blinking an eye. You might save a dollar on appliances but you pay extra with the hassles and the lies about when and where it's delivered. Run away you'll be happier. The rest of the is store ok. Appliances , someone's father or mother must have given the manager his job. Totally inept.
Wasn't approached or welcomed by workers. Not huge, but that's norms in the area. Then, I needed help and was ignored by workers. Took me a hour to find a certain bolt, but I did find it. Just wish I had had help. Still would come back, but only if I needed something when Sutherlands or Atwoods is closed.
Good place to get what you need. Decent selection. Shop here all the time.
Horrible horrible horrible I would stay away from I would buy from Home Depot or order from online. There's a person named t in the store that runs the customer service desk that is extremely rude and looks like Satan's daughter. I had bought a Kobalt tool box that says on the outside of the toolbox hassle-free lifetime guarantee which it's not because now loves is telling me I have to contact Kobalt to get the warranty fixed because Kobalt is not a Lowe's brand. I don't know of any other place that sells Kobalt Tools. Stay away from Lowe's they are horrible people very rude and if you have them deliver any appliances to you they will damage them and not tell you and then have you sign the paperwork so they're not liable and make sure that you're unable to look at the appliances after they deliver them.
Needed help in lumber, when I finally found someone they really didn't have time to listen to what I was saying. They listened enough to make an assumption about what I needed then told me something wrong and left. I then went back to the lumber, found something I thought I could make work but it would need to have a section cut. Had to literally chase an red vest who told me they would call some one to meet meat the wood cutting sign. I waited 10 minutes then noticed the "need help press button" pressed it then noticed it had been disconnected. I waited another 15 minutes then called Lowes on my cell and told them I was in there store and needed help. They paged someone 5 minutes later someone came that acted like I was really putting him out. Didn't cut the wood told me I needed something different then left. Not going to even try to shop at Lowe's again. I know Lowes could careless and that is why I am done with them.
