Very helpful, courteous, polite, and seemed to sincerely appreciate serving the customer. Went there after doing online price and product research for my 10x12 storage bilding, chose Sutherland over 2 other big stores in town. They had everything I needed. No regrets, highly recommend.
Their store is almost always neatly organized except when they are restocking merchandise, but otherwise the employees are very polite and respectful and helpful.
Customer service was excellent. This store has changed alot since I was last there about a yr ago. More access friendly to the average shopper.
Every one was so helpful and polite. Their prices were lower than the other home improvement stores that I'd checked. I plan to do all my building material shopping at Surherlands.
