My family and patients have received top quality care at this LTAC. The staff are willing to help when needed, and go out of their way to ensure the safety, comfort and care of the patient and family.
I think there are some nurse here that cares and there is this one nurse that she is very unprofessional, she gets to involved with the family problems, and when one of the brother name gets brought up in a comment the nurse makes faces at his name.. and when we are talking to her about our mom, she acts like I'm not in the room at all!! She is very rude, If I have to bring my mom or another love one back here I would ask for her not to be in our room at all !! But other than her there are some really nice people here..
