The service and care here at Select has been beyond excellent. I can't say enough about the nurses and their dedication to their jobs. They are very hard working and the staff is just extraordinary. The facility is more than adequate. We have enjoyed being here.
I was very well cared for at Select. Everyone was kind, polite, and courteous. As much as a stay in the hospital could be enjoyable, I enjoyed being at Select Fort Smith. They were very prompt in bringing things when I asked. I was very pleased with my stay!

Over the past weeks at Select, I have made significant progress and overcome many obstacles thanks to the care and support of Select staff. During my stay, my family and I have been extremely impressed with the care and dedication of the Select team. They genuinely care for their patients and work diligently to meet the needs of the patients. We can't thank the staff enough for all they've done. We would definitely recommend Select to anyone!
The nurses at Select are great! They also have excellent physical therapy and respiratory teams! Could benefit from better food.
