Worst experience ever. Gave them my 10 thousand dollar ring (14k gold/almost perfect 1k diamond) ring to create custom wedding bands. They charged my credit card in full for the bands that day and have yet to deliver. They missed the wedding date with both bands. After much heated arguments with corporate, the men's band showed up, but is not what I had asked for, however, I was not willing to give them more opportunity to take and not give. Wedding is long past and they promised the women's band June 16th (tomorrow) for delivery, but now are saying they have no control over the custom designer they hired. They can't get in touch with him. That my complaint is was with him. They feel they are doing me a favor by trying to communicate with the designer (they hired and apparently I am responsible for). They refuse to refund my credit card as custom work is non-refundable, and they claim they have indefinitely to produce the product. They also now refuse to speak to me since I used the word lawyer - what have you got to hide Rogers? They will not return my ring, will not produce the new ring, will not speak to me or return my calls, nor will they take the charges off my credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM STEALING FROM YOU AND SMILE WHILE THEY DO IT.
Don't buy from Rogers jewelers! They won't stand behind their work. The warranty is a scam. Very disappointed. Kevin N.
