Not only very quick, but also extremely friendly and was able to help me in multiple areas.
People here were helpful and friendly. Sadly this place is so understaffed it's amazing anything gets done. An hour and a half to get a driver's licence. Do the math it's slow by any standard. Even the low standards of the state.
