Recently remodeling makes a nice spot to stay. Staff friendly and nice. Great breakfast. Central to Fort Smith area.
Love this motel. Close to great restaurants, walking distance. And close to shopping and fun things to do while in this part of Arkansas.
Price is right, it's clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good. However, we stayed here a year ago and found no cushions on the sofa. Imagine our surprise to find there are STILL no cushions on the sofa. Management says the first time the cushions were being reupholstered, then they sent them out to be cleaned and the cleaners ruined them. Hey. Seriously! When I book a suite, shouldn't I expect a comfy sofa or at least a couple of nice soft chairs to sit on? Thumbs down on that one.
Beautiful lobby and rooms. Love the modern Art Deco decor in lobby. Comfy bed. Room even smelled good. Only complaint is that the smoke detectors in our room were covered by plastic. Maybe because someone smoked in a nonsmoking room or after ceiling was painted? At any rate, that must be against code. Night clerk took our report, but we didn’t get a response. Clerk at check out said he called someone (maintenance or owner). Additionally, two room information also posted on doors had incorrect room numbers to that room and both were different from each other. As a business person, that’s just sloppy. Nit picky, yes, but if you can’t get that right, what else can you not get right? Glad there wasn’t a fire while we were there! Otherwise, great hotel, close to restaurants, easy on and off the highway and clean. Nice, modern decor. Still five stars.
First off, I have stayed at many fort smith hotels and this one was by far the best!! Debbie at check in and check out was not the greatest but I overlooked her because everything else was wonderful but the best experience was Cassie!!! She was there both mornings serving up the complimentary breakfast and she done an amazing job. Everything was kept hot and full. Never ran out of anything. Dining room was kept spotless!! Never have we seen a complimentary breakfast place so well kept. Also the breakfast was A*.
