Best storage facility in Fort Smith, Ar!! Would never even consider going anywhere else. It's clean, well maintained and secure. And the ladies in the office are so helpful and courteous, the young lady in the front even helped me carry my boxes that I had purchased out to my car. Also they have Uhaul which makes it even more convenient for moving, you can get everything you need all done here!
Horrible experience. My storage was broken into here and they were rude about it. Acted as though they didn't care. Lied about sending the security footage to the cops. And by he way the security footage is only at the front gate, so the place is not secure with surveillance, no matter what the website says. Couldn't pay me to rent a storage here again. I have used Strozier mini storage and Rogers Ave Storage in the past and I would recommend them any day. Both places have actual security surveillance. Both places have honest and caring people unlike Total Self Storage.
Highly recommend this location!! Although they did not have the unit size available at the time that I needed, Stina was so helpful! She went above and beyond any other storage facility I've ever done business with. Since they did not have open what I was needing she actually called other places in town for me trying to find me what I needed to save me the trouble. I could not believe they are actually willing to call competitors to ensure customer satisfaction. Who else would do this?!? No other storage facility that I've ever dealt with. They truly care about customer service, I was blown away by the gesture. If I ever need something in the future this is definitely the first place I will be going. I recommend them to everyone I know. If you need a storage go here first! And ask for Stina she's such a sweetheart, so helpful!! You won't be disappointed
