A nice little park, especially pretty when they have the fountain running. There is also a nice little park and grab Geocache here.
Peaceful at night
Excellent downtown area in the central hub of Fort Smith's historical, artistic, and Tavern base. Park here. Chill here. A number of very nice hotels, and many pubs within walking distance, most open until 5am.
The statue of William Darby and the Water Tree are great. I wish there was mention of the train station.
