We had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the in house art show on Sunday. We were able to talk with the artists, which was really fun. There were refreshments and delicious food to enjoy during the show. The rooms were really pretty with French doors that walk out to a deck ..... The rooms each had a spa tub with jets....really relaxing! We had a delicious 3 course breakfast with very tasty coffee and orange juice. The house was beautiful and on a giant lush green property with huge trees, lots of birds and a few squirrels running around.... We loved it! Hope to come visit again. The owners were polite and warm. And Ft Smith is a charming town that has rich history. They mentioned Miss Laura's visitors center, be sure to visit there as well while in town for local information and a tour!
Do not recommend this place. There's a reason why reviews on their website is outdated. Staff is so rude and price is not worth it.
Horrible experience due to faulty a/c unit and radio left on all night downstairs. Breakfast prepared by Chef Michael was EXCELLENT. We got about three hours sleep due to all the issues with noise. We were shocked that the owner, upon learning of our experience, made no offer to adjust the price of the stay or even offer us the stay at no charge. Small amenities, such as soap in the bathroom and shampoo in the shower had to be requested. Beautiful home, horrible experience.
A week ago today I married my best friend at Michael's Mansion. The experience couldn't have been better or more stress free!!! We were quite happy with the details of our union being better than we expected. The owner's and staff were very accommodating and friendly!! The room and house were amazing!! The Chef prepared outstanding food at both the reception and the breakfast after our stay. We are so incredibly pleased with how well our wedding day turned out that we intend to return to the mansion for our anniversary!! You guys rock!!! High five for pulling off what we never could without you!!!
Beautiful place ,Can't wait to get married in a month ... Micheal has been great to us from day 1 , We even forgot to come to a scheduled appointment , I recommend if any Bride wants to have a professional to over see her wedding then Michaels Mansion is the one you want.... Maurice and I are both excited to have our wedding at your place on our special day.❤
