My daughter has taken ballet at WAB for nearly six years, and I took ballet from WAB myself. I would never consider sending her anywhere else. No one else combines the professional level of dance education and experience with the compassion and understanding of capable teachers like WAB. From children starting at age four all the way to the pre-professional level, Western Arkansas Ballet is top notch at training dancers properly and carefully. Children have the opportunity to participate in performances like The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty without the exorbitant costumes fees sometimes involved in dancing, and are able to watch and work with professional dancers. I love my WAB Family.
I love western Arkansas ballet it's like a friendly cozy home where I can hang out with my friends and do what I'm passionate about and express myself while doing it.
8 years ago, when I attended this class we sat on carpet floors, and watched ballerinas on TV. What's worse, I was convinced a ballerinas diet consisted of rainbow gold fish. I give a second star for the fact the carpet was very nice and the rainbow goldfish were tasty.
