Usually this store is a hit or miss. Went looking for heat transfer vinyl and was disappointed at the lack of options. Cricut vinyl was buy one get one half off and the adhesive vinyl had a pretty good selection.
Everything is so organized and well labeled with bullet points of information to my questions I did not even have to ask the employees about any of the products I was looking at. The answers to my basic questions were already labeled. Professional attitudes.
Awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful and helped me find what I was looking for quickly.
I would give this store a negative star if possible. Only 2 associates working the store both running the cash registers. Needed help finding an item....when I checked out the cashier asked if I found everything I needed. I said no and I couldn't find any one on the floor to help. His response was that will be 6.99 please. Not what were you looking for. So disappointed in the reaction for help.

As an artist I love that they have the respect to have taken the time to place the professional quality art tools and work equipment clearly labeled into sections marked "Professional". I will definitely be buying my art tools for my work here from now on. Thank you! Highly recommended.
