By far the most friendliest, caring and comforting staff. I'd recommend this place to anyone who has fur babies. When my baby was hit by a car I thought I lost her. Her breathing and heart rate slowed down tremendously but the staff and doctors went above and beyond to calm me down and to get my baby the attention she desperately needed. Now here we are about a year later and my Melanie is happy and stronger then ever before.

I took my sweet sweet Riley here on an emergency... All the staff was very helpful and nice, and in good spirits. Dr. McCasland was very comforting when I had to put my dog to sleep. Her words really helped me. They explained everything that was going to happen before it happened and during... I'm so very upset at this event but it was important to hear the Dr. say "I think you've made the right decision." That was exactly what I needed at the time. I could barely look at anyone and was crying and trying to hold back from hyperventilating which wasn't working so well. I had my dog cremated and am suppose to go pick up her remains today. But just had to leave this review... Thank you to Kristen, Jeff, and especially you Dr. McCasland for your comforting words in the most difficult decision I have had to make as a pet owner. There was one other person that we spoke to about surgery but i cannot remember who it was... I didn't forget you, so thank you as well....
