Was great they are the best!!
First thing. I called and Ted himself answered, I thought great the owner must be taking care of me. I told them I was available all day and was going to be available all week. I was told a tech was gonna be here the same day or the next day early in the morning. I waited that peroid of time but was not contacted. Called again thinking maybe they are just too busy this probably means they are a good and in high demand, but not the case.
Second, I was not informed that they charge 90 dollars just for showing up. And was charged an additional 40 dollars to have some water sprayed on the unit. I have not noticed any changes But am 130 dollars plus tax out of pocket. Thanks Ted.
