My mailbox has been broken into three times, we had a brown recluse infestation, our apartment flooded once because they refused to fix the seal on our dishwasher and another unit they had us in flooded because of the people above us.

I have rented from the owner of my current property in other locations for years. Three years ago Trinity took over management of all their properties and it has gone down hill from then. I have lived in my current unit for six months (new construction) and have had nothing but issues. The manager (Sean) is always hateful when talking to her and acts like it is an inconvenience to have to do her job. She is rude and condescending at all times. Maintenance/vendors that are sent over seem incompetent at best and we have to have the same issues addressed multiple times to get them fixed. Our current issue severely affects quality of life as well as health and rather than apologizing for the hassles we have been put through and do all they can to make it right. The manager threatened to hold us responsible for the defective product. I wish we still had a way to speak directly to the owner as I knew him to be a good man. I can only hope he sees this review to learn how poorly this management company is treating his tenants/properties
I always end up getting Kris (a receptionist) when I call... I NEVER receive calls or emails back fron the management that she says will return my calls OR email me.
If having management who actually cares is important to you, DO NOT RENT FROM ANYWHERE THAT IS MANAGED BY TMF!.
All sale and no service with attitude, its almost like ex gubment employees run this company... I've moved several times trying to get away from these idiots but they keep sucking up properties. The property I live in now was acquired a month ago. Yesterday (December 31) a pipe burst in my bathroom (I guess I can't see where the water is coming from). It is now 4:30AM, I've shut off the water yet the bathroom continues to flood. There is no emergency number to call and management doesn't answer the phone. If they take today off it will be 2 days of no water except for the water coming out from under the vanity on the floor. Anybody think this is okay behavior for professional management? Beware letting this company manage your property if you care what condition it will be in down the road. Absolute worst slumlords I have ever had to suffer.
I live in a property managed by Trinity! They are awesome! I have the best manager, Shawn. She's very hard working and always smiling! She always answers calls and texts in a very timely matter. Now that I been with Trinity over a year, I don't think my family will be moving anytime soon!! Thank you so much Shawn Fitzgerald. Even the maintenence crews are awesome!! RYAN, CHAD, DARRIN and any others I didn't name. They are very knowledgeable about fixing things!
