This clinic gets 5 stars without question! The team is amazing! I had a ton of things that I needed to get done before starting clinicals and they came through for me. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. They send me email reminders about appointments and checklists to make sure I'm prepared. The few times that I've visited, I've seen Dana Pulliam. She is awesome and amazing at her job. I will definitely apply here when I graduate. Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to become apart of this wonderful medical team.
When I first started going there I was referred to a pain management doctor and a PT. I've been going back for regular visits now for quite some time and have never had a problem. The staff has always been friendly, even when I have a memory lapse and forget when I'm supposed to be there. They just made me another appt. No biggie. Very personable staff and the only Dr. I see there is my kinda person. One with a sense of humor!
The doctors won't fill out medical disabilty papers the don't liston to you I'm changing doctors
Wow this place needs an attitude check.. they dont have any appointments available, yet they don't want to refer you to any other doctor either. They would rather have a NURSE call you back to determine, over the phone, if your child is sick enough to get referred. They are rude, uncaring, and treats you like scum. I will tell everyone how they made me feel. All because I needed to get my child in to see a doctor. Thanks Northside Clinic u suck.
