Nice hotel. Good value for the price. Located within a short walk of several places to eat.
This is a great business hotel for the area and for the price. The rooms are spacious and free breakfast is included. I have successfully negotiated better rates when I book a team to stay there. The management is flexible and accommodate my requests. I would highly recommend this place for people traveling to Fort Smith for business or attending an event next door. The fact that there is an in house place for breakfast and bar makes even better.

I stayed at the Courtyard in downtown Fort Smith 7/12. Was charged $150 plus on a Wednesday which I thought was the going charge. After talking to other guests during the day found that they received a much lower rate? Rented the room for my two grand kids to enjoy the pool area. Actually told the lady at the desk that was the only reason I rented the room. The hot tub was out of order. If I would have been told that the hot tub was out of order I most certainly would not have stayed there! Just got off the phone after talking to Dustin or Justin I think was his name and he was very much a smart ass. He also said they never ever have rooms for the $87-89 rates you see on their website. Don't really even care about the money but do care about the dishonesty involved. Don't stay here!!!!
Loved our stay at the Courtyard. We were there for a conference and had a wonderful experience. The staff were great and the property was immaculate, I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Fort Smith.
