The website and location are two different experiences. This hotel is horrible - people fighting in the halls, stained carpets and curtains, and the heater was broken - it would only blow out dirt! I immediately left and booked a room at the Hilton.
Has bed bugs! Do not stay here! Pretty sure we brought them home too
This place is absolutely disgusting. The website makes this place look nice but when you get there it us the exact opposite. It doesnt deserve 1 star. The furnace unit blew out dirt and dust. There were cigarette burns in the already dirty, gross carpet. The curtains had stains all over them. And there were random people knocking on the door and people having screaming matches in the hallway. I stayed for all of 10 minutes left out the side door and booked a room somewhere else.
The website was real nice Everything I seen on the facility was real nice until I got there. Once arriving you see that the building is not exactly what the website shows by no means. The swimming area is extremely small the pool is dirty. The website calls for flat screen TVs in all the rooms which it does not have. The fitness center is a treadmill and an exercise bike facing the Coca-Cola machine. Got looking for plugins in the room there were none that could be used besides one at the sink and one that went through a lamp. When I first arrived to my room there were two light bulbs that were not working it took 24 hours to get those replaced. Then each day when I arrive back to the hotel after work I had to have my keys redone for both me and my coworkers because the room was paid for a full week and they kept turning the keys off. I witnessed two fights in the parking lot outside my window. The room beside me the tenants seem to be living there and it was a screaming fighting match all night every night for the entire time we were there. Then last but not least half of the motel is smoking and half of it is non-smoking. The problem with that is all of the ventilation in the hallways is tied together there for you received the smell of smoke throughout the building. Overall this is the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my 20 years of traveling for work. Strongly do not recommend.
I really enjoyed the Guesthouse I stay there every time I go back down home... They make you feel at home... Although when I tried booking a room this time I called the 888 hundred number and they said no rooms were available??? So I googled the direct number to It and they had 9 rooms available and took good care of me!!! And the room was a very affordable price and the breakfast was great and the coffee fresh!! I highly recommend this hotel..
