For the price of this room it was pretty good. The staff are SUPER! Very nice and helpful the entire time I was there. Couple of things worth mentionong....rooms have been remodeled so that was nice but they failed to paint the bathroom and bathroom door so it was dirty from before remodel. When I first turned on the bathroom light I saw 3 baby roaches scurry away. Never saw them after that though. Overall I am satisfied. Like I said, for the price it was worth it.
Check in was smooth and quick. Looked up price online and received same price at the counter. Room was very modern which was nice, considering the location and low proce rental. New bed, TV with easy to reach inputs, trendy bathroom fixtures. Cool art. Felt safe and the area was quiet. A cheap no frills stay, a bit off the noisy and sketchier paths.
I was nice. The service was good too. The only thing was we went up there a day early so I had to get the room sooner n there was a small price difference. N sadly it was cheaper not going throu book in. But other then that ill recommend you all to family n friends. Thank you...
I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. The room was not clean! I wiped up water from the shower and the towel was black. Corners of the room had webs, dirt and dead bugs. Our hasp on the door was completely broken off. We went to the gas station and when we arrived back to our room local police were there for a peeping tom from earlier in the day. We booked for two days and left on the second day but we were charged two full days. My husband and I didn't sleep at all that night, we were fearful because they allow very strange people to stay there. I have photos I plan to share on my yelp review of this place. When we travel we almost always stay in motel 6 but after this experience I'm not sure we will.
This is our third review of many more until our issue is resolved as promised. Still have yet to hear back from Motel 6 after they insured us our refund. Here is a recap of our stay. I would NOT even give it 1 Star if it would let me. This is the third time I am writing a review because after my first two, I was contacted through our booking company by Motel 6 that they would refund our stay within a few days. I have reached back out multiple times with them giving no further regard to the matter. Our stay was AWFUL! The desk manager was the only pleasant thing we encountered during our stay. We have stayed at other Motel 6 locations because they have been clean and affordable, but this location is the worst! We have since decided to spend more to stay at a more reputable Chain. We travel through Fort Smith often and this particular time we needed a room to stay in, after walking into our room exhausted from our trip, right from the start the room smelled of mildew, the carpet was stained and the moment your bare feet touched the carpet it felt nasty! The linen did not smell fresh, tables were dusty, the edges of the walls where the floor meets in the bathroom was disgusting! One of our worst stays anywhere. I reached out the next day through our booking company and we had gotten a response from Motel 6 pretty quick offering a refund and to expect it back on our card within a few days. This was in September! I have tried to contact again through the email in which they sent me and have had no response since. All we want is our refund back that was promised, until then we highly suggest not staying at this location. We also suggest spending the extra $20-$30 and staying at the Best western if you are on a budget as their rooms we very clean, and nice, along with their breakfast. If you double your money you get an exceptional stay with Fairfield Inn & Suits by Marriott. You will not regret those stays I assure you! Again stay away unless you are okay with nasty dirty rooms and when any issues arise they hang a promise in front of you to push you off as long as they can.
