The ladies at the front desk were super kind and patient as we had a large group staying, if I were rating on them alone it would be 5 stars...but I'm not.
Pool: poor area is tidy but the furniture is old and the pool could use a good painting.
Lobby is immaculate but dated. The carpeting has seen better days. There is a computer for guests to use but when I was there a saw child on it and 4 hours later the same child was still on it. I assume the child belongs to a staff member, but I could be wrong.
First off, when my husband and I arrived the amounts charged when he booked the hotel and when he went in to check in were completely different. Next, when they finally gave us the key we had to go all the way to the back, up some stairs which had peanut shells on it. We walked into our King suite and it was hotter than Hades. Then the couch had mysterious dark stains on it, the TV was bolted to the dresser. The carpet was peeling off the wall and the other side of the bed, the carpet had mysterious dark stains. The fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress, was to small. Found candy wrapper in the bathroom. The shower is only for short people as it only hit our waist. We stayed to days and our room never got cold, even with the air running almost 48 hours straight. The door to our balcony didn't have a doorknob, just paper stuck in the holes and the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. We have stayed here before when the Hotel was called "Extended A Inn and Suites" and our room was great. Clean and well taken care of. We were defiantly disappointed this time, and will not stay again.
Over all, it's okay for a night, but I wouldn't want to stay much longer than that. Definitely check for a deal beforehand as their pricing is a tad high for the quality of the stay.
The hotel itself needs some tlc. Mainly the carpets need a good steam or something as our feet turned black after walking on them barefooted. The headboard was kind of a hazard, it seemed to be sitting on some 2x4s nailed to the wall and the mattress slid easily away from it (my daughter got her foot stuck and had a nice scratch because of it). 2 of the 3 lamps didn't work. There was a desk but no chair for it. Everything was a little dated. For some reason the lower level doors to the pool area are not accessible from the rooms, the knobs have been removed and the doors are affixed to the jamb. Not 100% sure why.
My room was very nice & clean. I stayed there for 2-1/2 weeks. The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeepers we had were hearing impaired and extremely polite.
I was in room 205. The room was neat and immaculate. However there was a lot of little maintenance items that needed to be tended to. One of these issues was a safety issue.
Clean rooms, great service and friendly help.
Lobby:
Although this hotel was loads better than the last one I stayed in I cant give 4 or 5 stars. Here is why:
All in all i do believe that I got what i paid for and would have no problems returning here.
