Can't wait for the new museum !!
There is no museum. Over a decade after the project was awarded, there is nothing but an overpaid staff.
It's a failed project in a failed town.
The project director said earlier this year that the interior will be reduced from 100 feet to 40 feet high. Impressive! Almost as impressive as a Motel 6.
From the beginning, the effort was handled by the "good ole boys and girls" network in Fort Smith. 'Mishandled', actually.
I am so excited that Fort Smith will be home to such a beautiful piece of architecture. I can't wait!
The Arkansas legislature just had to give this place a $1.5 million dollar bailout. A similar bailout was given last year. The Arkansas taxpayer is now having to pay for this boondoggle.
This will be a great museum!
