After receiving no help from Blaylock over the holiday weekend, we called Mr. Rooter. My husband and I sure appreciated the help and service we received from Emily and Isaiah. They were both polite and friendly each time we interacted with them. Isaiah replaced our gas water heater and a part in our bathtub faucet. While I hope to never need them again, I’d definitely call them again should the need arise. Thanks, Mr. Rooter!

Great service. The woman answering the phone was very nice.I called at 5pm on a Tuesday, and the tech came Wednesday am. We had a leaking pipe under the house, and it was fixed quickly, and affordably. The tech, Isaiah was professional and friendly. The last thing I wanted to do at Christmas time was worry about a pipe repair. Luckily they fixed the problem and didnt take me to the cleaners! I also like the text I got 30 min before the tech showed that said he was on his way, and also a pic of him with his name. Thank U. Will def recommend U all and call U again if needed!! ☺☺☺
