Where to begin? First they are NOT open 24/7, so if you have an emergency, the answering service is nice, but you have to wait until they come in at 8am. Then they are more interested in how you will pay and how much they can charge before they will even think about scheduling an appointment. SO. . . . . If you call the 800 number it's a free estimate to come look at the problem, but if you call the local number it's $166 for them to come take a look!!! I can't afford to have a plumbing problem and a money problem too!
