1. They could have just shut the door.
About 75% of my major furniture had mold damage, and their responses to my concern and photos was rude! I had also left my storage door open with intention to return later that week to take the large sofas to the dump(mold damage). Since I was unable to make it back the first day, I kept checking the forecast to make sure it wouldn't rain inside of the unit. When I was able to come back with a truck I was told that I "abandon my things and they already got rid of them." This was during the same week!!! When I replied thank you with a smile, she walked away saying that I owe her money!
She assumed that I had no intention of returning which is ridiculous, considering the courtesy call I had made in the first place. She didn't have an ounce of respect or customer service in her body and I will never recommend someone do business there, or with any of their affiliates.
3. I had called about a week prior and asked about putting furniture next to the dumpster since there were a couple large pieces. My call was out of politeness and respect for policy. Her response was dismissive and defensive. When I finally got her to listen, saying I was just calling to ask, because I didn't want to be rude, her response was a harsh , " No ma'am! People are not supposed to put firniture in the dumpster or on the sides...I will have to charge you for the pick and you'd be better off hauling it to the dump yourself."
My daughter rented a unit from here and has never been treated more hatefully or rudely by anyone in her entire life. She left there in tears on one occasion. Then when I went in to pay one month i was treated in the same rude and hateful manner. I will NEVER use this facility ever again.
2. I didn't receive any call whatsoever, and both of my numbers were provided.
